The product futher reacts with 3,5,5-Trimethyl hexanoyl chloride in a Friedel Crafts reaction to yield a condensed product. This product then undergoes cyclization, forming a Pyrone. Subsequently, the Pyrone is treated with Hydroxylamine Sulphate and Sodium Carbonate, producing an Oxime. In the final step, the Oxime is converted into Piroctone Olamine through a reaction with Ethanol amine, utilizing Methanol, Ethyl Acetate, and Activated Carbon.
