This report provides a comprehensive cost evaluation of steel production from blast furnace. In this process, coke, limestone, and iron ore are made to be fed into the blast furnace that gradually are made to sink towards the bottom. The constituents get hotter and hotter through their journey towards the bottom of the furnace. Gas from the burning coke emanates oxygen from the iron ore in the top-half.
