This report presents a comprehensive cost evaluation of the production of yellow Phosphorus from the Phosphorus ore, anthracite, and wollastonite. The process starts with washing and drying the ore, followed by sending the ore into an electric furnace where a redox reaction is carried out, the thus-produced furnace gas is cooled, and Phosphorus is obtained via sedimentation. After the first sedimentation, crude Phosphorus is sent to a refining kettle. Secondary sedimentation is carried out, followed by steam heating and clarifying the kettle to deposit pure Phosphorus, further sending the pure Phosphorus for tertiary sedimentation and solid-liquid separation to finally obtain the yellow Phosphorus.
