Its respective melting and boiling points are -9 °C and 220 °C. It has slight solubility in water and is fully soluble in most organic solvents. It can cause slight itch and irritation when applied to the skin and might result in redness. Other allergic reactions might include swelling or blistering along with unusual or increased pain, trouble breathing, severe dizziness, nausea, or ringing in the ears.
