It is also soluble in chloroform, DMSO, methanol, benzene, toluene, acetic acid, and miscible with ethanol and acetone. It has a flash point of 113  degree Celsius with micelle concentration of 0.018 mM and high microviscosity micelles forming small spherical structures ~3.5 nm radius. It requires storage under inert gas at 2-8  degree Celsius because of its sensitivity.
