The prices of Acetaldehyde showed mixed dynamics in the Asian markets during the third quarter of 2024. The price trajectory depended on a combination of factors such as upstream feedstock prices, downstream demand, shutdowns in productions enterprises, and logistical challenges. A resemblance was seen between the Acetaldehyde and ethylene, a key feedstock, price curves throughout the quarter.
