About Lipase:

Lipase is a type enzyme that speeds up or accelerate the hydrolysis of fats or lipids. These are basically known to belong to a subclass of the esterases. Lipases play essential roles like digestion, transportation and processing of dietary lipids (e.g., triglycerides, fats, oils) in most of the living organisms.

Production Processes:

This production system is more economically feasible than its production via submerged fermentation (SmF), particularly because agroindustrial waste can be utilised as a culture medium in this process
